QUISINE - Food, Marketing & Nutrition
was established in 1992 in Toronto, Canada to provide creative, innovative food ideas and
recipes to food companies, food marketing boards and the media to
support their goals in promotion of foods and food products to
consumers.
Yvonne Tremblay, sole proprietor, brings to her work an educational
background in food and nutrition, a well-rounded resume of work
experience in marketing, public relations, teaching, magazine (assoc.
food editor for a national magazine) and television (spokesperson), and
a passion for creating dishes that are delicious and have a good balance
of flavour.
